    REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  Dues paid are for the specific time period selected and are not transferable or deferrable to any other time period.  This refund policy allows us schedule the proper amount of students per class without overbooking.  Moreover, the team relies on the revenues received to plan and pay for instructors, water fees, and other costs. 

Individual cases for transfer or deferment of dues to another time period may be brought before the Board of Directors of the Corona Aquatics Team at their regularly scheduled board meetings.  Good cause for such transfer or deferment is limited to physical impairment or illness.   Individual cases will be heard and voted upon in closed session at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.  All decisions made by the Board of Directors are final .
